What is a light roast?

Coffee roasted for a shorter time, to a lighter colour. It keeps more acidity and origin flavour and less roasty bitterness.

How should I brew light roast coffee?

Filter methods such as pour-over, Chemex or AeroPress suit light roasts best. Use slightly hotter water, around 94–96°C.
